RIBs are some of the most versatile boats available and are used as rescue boats, as patrol boats by the military, as work boats in the North Sea, as race boats in international competitions, as tenders to yachts and superyachts, and as general purpose all round cruising boats by families around the world
Commercial
Our commercial range of boats varies from a 6.5m to a 80m Offshore Patrol Craft, with most of our designs based on aluminum construction. Some of the many applications are crew boats, patrol boats, search & rescue boats, and landing craft.
Pleasure Craft
The pleasure craft range starts with a 6m Bow Rider inshore boat made mostly of GRP composites. Our largest constructed craft is the 130ft by Numarine, a brand we are proud to be associated with.
In Development
Development is an on-going project at KND. Kobus Potgieter’s philosophy is simple; if a naval design company does not invest in development, it might as well close the doors. For this reason, KND is at the forefront of new technology and continuously launch innovative ideas.
