The Navigator 920 is a highly versatile planing craft engineered for patrol, police, interceptor, adventure, and general-purpose maritime operations. Constructed with a rugged aluminium hull lined with a protective Foam D fender, this open-console vessel features a length of 9.28 meters, a beam of 3.05 meters, and a draft of 0.55 meters. Operating under a maximum full-load displacement of 3,800 kg, the craft is certified to Grey Boat Code and CE classification standards. The open deck layout is optimized to safely accommodate a substantial crew and passenger complement of 2 crew members plus 10 tactical personnel, supported by an 800-liter fuel capacity while carrying zero liters of fresh water or waste water to minimize weight and maintain a high-buoyancy profile.

The vessel’s high-speed intercept capabilities rely on a powerful twin outboard propulsion configuration compatible with Mercury or Yamaha engines delivering a combined 400 to 600 bhp. This robust power plant drives the craft to an impressive maximum speed of 40 to 50 knots and maintains a steady cruising speed of 28 knots. When operating at its sustained cruise pace, the Navigator 920 achieves a notable operational range of 372 nautical miles. The onboard electrical architecture runs on a simplified 12V DC power supply supported by two 100Ah batteries, entirely omitting a traditional generator or air conditioning system to maximize agility and usable deck space.

For mission management and situational awareness, the open helm station is equipped with a standard navigation pack consisting of a Garmin GPS, a VHF radio, compulsory navigation lights, and a magnetic compass. True to its tactical heritage, the deck can be further customized with optional extras including an overhead awning for crew sun protection or specialized weapon posts for mounting defensive armaments.
