The Majestic 50 CAT is a massive 49.87-meter luxury leisure catamaran designed by KND. Engineered with an aluminium planing hull and an aluminium wheelhouse and superstructure , this expansive vessel features a beam of 13.68 meters and a draft of 1.14 meters. It has a maximum full-load displacement of 272.26 tons and is certified to CE and Bureau Veritas (BV) classification standards. Built for large-scale extended voyages, the catamaran can accommodate a passenger complement of up to 25 people with an endurance basis of 12 days at sea. Passenger comfort is supported by a 7,500-liter fresh water tank, a 2,100-liter waste water system , and a high-capacity air conditioning system rated at approximately 604,000 BTU/h. The ship’s extensive electrical network operates on a 230 VAC and 48 VDC power supply , driven by a 230.9 kW / 288.5 kVA genset and backed by a recommended 74,010 Ah house battery bank.

Vessel performance can be tailored through two primary propulsion arrangements, both supported by an immense 68,640-liter fuel capacity. The traditional Shaft & Prop configuration utilizes twin 2,500 hp engines (5,000 hp total) to deliver a maximum speed of 20.1 knots and a cruising speed of 15.6 knots. At cruise, it burns 600 liters of fuel per hour, yielding a range of 1,606 nautical miles. Alternatively, the Jet Drive option features a twin 3,000 hp setup (6,000 hp total), pushing the maximum speed to 20.8 knots and the cruising speed to 16.8 knots. However, this jet configuration has a higher cruise fuel burn of 858 liters per hour, which reduces its range to 1,207 nautical miles. Navigation and maritime safety systems are highly comprehensive, including a basic package with a 16-inch multi-function display, a 4 kW radar, autopilot, a 1 kW sonar, and an NMEA 2000 backbone. Compulsory equipment features a complete suite of navigation lights, a magnetic compass, flares, an electronic chart display (ECDIS), global maritime distress and safety systems (GMDSS), and AIS integration for secure global voyaging.
