The SeaViper 9.1 C Security & Leisure Vessel KND is a highly versatile, compact multi-mission craft engineered with a GRP planing hull and a matching FRP wheelhouse superstructure. Designed to serve both tactical law enforcement and utility leisure operations, this agile boat measures 9.1 meters in length overall with a 3.0-meter beam and a very shallow 0.4-meter draft. Certified under CE classification standards with Bureau Veritas (BV) and HPi CE proof validation, the platform handles a maximum full-load displacement of 3.87 tons. The vessel’s layout includes a walk-around deck design with a fully enclosed central cabin configured to safely support a 6-person complement on a 1-day operational endurance baseline. To support day-to-day operations, the hull houses essential liquid capacities, including 150 liters of fresh water and 42 liters of waste water storage.

To accommodate differing performance requirements and environmental conditions, the platform offers two recommended powertrain and propulsion configurations drawing from a 587-liter integrated fuel capacity:

• Option A (Outboard): This high-velocity configuration features twin outboard engines delivering a combined 400 hp of recommended installed power ($2\times 200$ hp). It drives the vessel to a blistering maximum speed of 49.9 knots and a rapid cruising speed of 37.0 knots. At cruise velocity, it maintains an efficient fuel burn rate of 66 liters per hour, yielding an operational range of 297 nautical miles at an estimated displacement of 3.49 tons.

• Option B (Shaft & Propeller): Recommended for alternative operational profiles, this traditional inboard setup utilizes a single engine delivering 300 hp of installed power ($1\times 300$ hp). It pushes the vessel to a maximum speed of 41.1 knots and a steady cruising speed of 31.8 knots. Operating at its cruise velocity, the system reduces fuel consumption to 36 liters per hour, significantly extending the cruising range to 467 nautical miles at a full-load displacement of 3.87 tons.

The ship’s onboard electrical infrastructure, climate controls, and service systems run on a dual 230 VAC and 24 VDC power supply network. This grid is heavily backed by a recommended 3,850 Ah house battery bank and a 6 kW / 7.5 kVA generator set, which powers an approximate 14,400 BTU/h air conditioning system to keep the enclosed cabin comfortable during extended coastal patrols.

The helm station is equipped with a fundamental, high-reliability basic navigation pack centered on an 8-inch multi-function display (MFD) integrated with a VHF DSC radio, GPS tracking, and a dedicated depth/speed sensor system, while keeping an AIS system as an optional add-on. Standard maritime compliance and safety equipment completes the layout, including an all-round white light, sidelights, a magnetic compass, a sound signaling device, a VHF radio, and emergency flares. Consistent with the rest of the KND tactical line, these preliminary concept-level parameters represent engineering estimates that remain subject to final design development and detailed engineering modifications.
