P753 | SEAVIPER 11 CAT
The SeaViper 11 Cat Patrol & Intercept Vessel by KND is a high-speed tactical security craft built with an aluminium planing hull and a matching aluminium wheelhouse superstructure. Specifically optimized for high-speed coastal intervention, shallow-water patrolling, and rapid-response interception, this narrow-beam platform measures 11.36 meters in length overall with a slim 2.5-meter beam and an exceptionally shallow 0.33-meter draft. Certified under the Grey Boat Code classification standards with HPi CE proof and Bureau Veritas (BV) validation, the agile craft manages a maximum full-load displacement of 3.3 tons. The vessel’s tactical configuration is designed to comfortably support a 6-person crew complement, backed by a 800-liter integrated fuel capacity, while omitting onboard fresh water and waste water holding tanks (0 L) to maintain its lightweight performance profile.
For high-velocity tracking and pursuit, the platform is outfitted with an outboard engine propulsion arrangement delivering a combined 500 bhp of recommended power. This high-performance configuration drives the interceptor to a blistering maximum speed of 41 knots and maintains a swift cruising speed of 30 knots. Operating at its designated cruise velocity, the powertrain configuration yields an active tactical range of 265 nautical miles.
The craft’s onboard electrical infrastructure, tactical equipment, and crew amenities run on a dual 230 VAC and 24 VDC electrical power supply network, supported by dedicated stern-mounted battery boxes. The vessel features a high-efficiency, full cabin air conditioning system to optimize crew stamina during intense operations, though an auxiliary generator set (genset) remains unlisted in the standard build. Heavily armed for tactical superiority, the general profile and top plans showcase multiple defensive weapon positions, including a forward-deck machine gun mount and an elevated, roof-mounted machine gun station (indicated for SAR 556 MT-T / SAR 762 configurations).
The command bridge features a basic navigation pack centered on a 12-inch multi-function display (MFD). This helm electronics suite integrates a VHF DSC radio, AIS-B transponder, an autopilot, a 600 W sonar system, and a radar system with an 18- or 24-inch dome. Standard compulsory maritime and safety gear rounds out the build, including an all-round white light, sidelights, a magnetic compass, a sound signaling device, emergency flares, and a VHF radio. KND offers advanced mission-specific modifications under its optional extras, including specialized ballistic protection and alternative interior seating arrangements. As is standard across the KND tactical range, these preliminary specifications represent concept-level engineering parameters that remain subject to change without notice.
