P744 | EVFLOAT 15

The EVFLOAT 15 is a 15.7-meter houseboat range designed by KND Naval Design that utilizes a versatile platform capable of supporting various on-deck configurations. The vessel is engineered with a stable displacement hull constructed from either HDPE or aluminium and features an aluminium wheelhouse. With a beam of 5.07 meters and a shallow draft of 0.50 meters, the craft maintains a maximum full-load displacement of 15,000 kg and is built to SAMSA and ISO standards. The exterior aesthetic is defined by a modern, cabin-style superstructure with expansive panoramic windows that offer 360-degree views and a sleek architectural profile. These windows wrap around the main living space, which is bordered by perimeter walkways allowing for easy movement around the entire main deck.

The interior is designed for premium residential comfort, featuring a modern living area with integrated lighting and large sliding glass doors that bridge the gap between the indoor and outdoor spaces. To support a four-person complement during extended stays, the houseboat is equipped with a 500-liter fresh water tank and a 1,000-liter waste water system. Propulsion is provided by a 230 bhp Mercury four-stroke outboard engine system, which enables the vessel to reach a maximum speed of 10 knots and a comfortable cruising speed of 8 knots. The electrical suite is highly robust, featuring a 12V DC power supply supported by four 200Ah batteries, 24V AC shore power, and an array of solar panels mounted on the flat roof for sustainable energy generation.

The deck layout is heavily focused on leisure and utility, featuring a prominent sunbathing trampoline net positioned at the bow between the forward hull extensions. The rooftop serves as a secondary living area, offering an elevated viewing platform with integrated seating. For climate control, the vessel is outfitted with two 20,000 BTU air conditioning units to ensure comfort within the glass-walled living quarters. Navigation and safety equipment include a Garmin GPS, VHF radio, compass, and an EPIRB. To further customize the platform, optional extras are available, including a lifting davit, a dedicated jet ski platform, and additional room modules to expand the living area.
