Designed to seamlessly integrate with smaller skimming vessels like the Waste Warrior 16, this large-scale platform receives harvested marine debris directly via an extended conveyor-belt system that transfers wet waste from the collection craft straight into the barge’s processing infrastructure. The main deck is divided into dedicated industrial zones, featuring a prominent, fully enclosed climate-controlled control station and crew facility labeled as the “Pollution Plant”. Raw debris fed into the facility undergoes sorting and mechanical compaction, allowing the crew to efficiently process, package, and stack dense, uniform blocks of recycled waste material along the extensive aft deck. To facilitate autonomous offloading and heavy material handling without requiring port cranes, the vessel is outfitted with a heavy-duty hydraulic marine crane and dual anchoring spud poles to securely pin the processing plant in place during open-water operations.
