P621 | HURRICANE 25 HYDROGRAPHIC SURVEY
The Hurricane 25 is a specialized hydrographic survey vessel featuring a high-strength aluminium semi-displacement hull and superstructure. Built for sustained maritime operations, this 25-meter vessel has a 6-meter beam and a 1.36-meter draft, maintaining a maximum full-load displacement of 79.17 tons under Bureau Veritas classification.
The vessel is powered by an inboard shaft and propeller system delivering 2,000 hp, which facilitates a maximum speed of 23.4 knots and a cruising speed of 19.2 knots. It is specifically engineered for long-range endurance, boasting a massive 48,000-liter fuel capacity that enables an operational range of 3,463 nautical miles at cruising speed.
Designed to accommodate a 10-person complement, the Hurricane 25 is equipped for extended missions with an endurance basis of 45 days at sea. Onboard resources include 7,500 liters of fresh water and 2,100 liters of waste water capacity. The electrical and climate systems are supported by a 26.5 kW/33.1 kVA genset and full air conditioning delivering approximately 48,000 BTU/h. The integrated navigation suite includes a 16-inch multi-function display, radar, autopilot, and a 1 kW sonar, ensuring precision during complex survey tasks.
