P538 | NAVIGATOR 12.5C
The Navigator 12.5 C Patrol & Intercept Vessel is a heavy-duty, high-capacity tactical craft designed by KND for demanding maritime security, law enforcement, and border patrol operations. Built with a rugged aluminium planing hull, the vessel features a length of 12.76 meters, a wide beam of 3.76 meters, and a draft of 0.68 meters. It operates with a substantial maximum full-load displacement of 11.39 tons and is classified under Bureau Veritas (BV) standards with HPi CE proof certification. The vessel’s listed particulars specify an open console superstructure layout that is optimized to efficiently support a crew and passenger complement of up to 4 pax.
The vessel’s tactical performance relies on a powerful triple outboard propulsion configuration delivering a combined 900 bhp. This high-output engine arrangement propels the craft to a maximum speed of 44 knots and maintains a high-velocity cruising speed of 36 knots. Supported by an integrated 1,200-liter fuel tank, the vessel achieves an operational range of 258 nautical miles when sustaining its cruise speed. To maximize weight efficiency, structural endurance, and mission deck space, the boat carries 0 liters of fresh water and completely omits internal lifestyle amenities like a dedicated genset or air conditioning system.
Onboard electrical systems run on a dual 230 VAC and 48 VDC power supply to handle heavy electronic loads. Situational awareness and mission navigation are driven by an advanced basic navigation pack anchored by a massive 16-inch multi-function display (MFD), a VHF DSC radio, an AIS-B transponder, a 4 kW radar, an autopilot, a powerful 1 kW sonar, and a fully integrated NMEA2000 backbone. For high-risk combat or intercept environments, operators can further customize the platform by specifying ballistic protection as an optional extra. These preliminary concept-level estimates remain subject to change without notice pending final design development and detailed maritime engineering.
