P505 | EVFLOAT 20
The KND EVFLOAT 20 Houseboat is a massive, luxurious floating sanctuary measuring 20 meters in length overall and 6 meters in beam, boasting a durable aluminium displacement hull and a matching aluminium superstructure. Operating with a maximum full-load displacement of 32.92 tons and a remarkably shallow draft of 0.46 meters, this CE-classified luxury platform is engineered for extended 7-day sea endurance with an impressive 20-passenger complement. The lower deck layout features an expansive, forward-facing enclosed salon with floor-to-ceiling glass paneling, a central galley kitchen, multiple private sleeping cabins, and dedicated bathroom facilities, all supported by massive tank capacities including 3,500 liters of fresh water and 980 liters of waste water.
For propulsion, the vessel offers two distinct twin-engine configurations that both maintain a steady displacement cruising speed of 10.8 knots, drawing from a 2,310-liter fuel supply. The standard arrangement utilizes twin 300 hp outboards (600 hp total), burning 99 liters per hour to achieve a 226-nautical-mile range, while the highly efficient shaft and propeller option uses twin 200 hp inboard engines (400 hp total) to slash the fuel burn down to 48 liters per hour, extending the vessel’s operational range to 466 nautical miles. The immense upper deck flybridge acts as the ultimate open-air entertainment hub, featuring an integrated upper helm station, extensive plush sectional sofas sheltered under a large structural canopy, a built-in hot tub, and an aft deck clearance area equipped with a dedicated davit crane to launch a personal watercraft or tender.
Sustaining a floating estate of this scale requires a serious power grid, which is managed via a dual 230 VAC and 24 VDC electrical network backed by an enormous recommended 36,340 Ah house battery bank and a heavy-duty 56.7 kW / 70.9 kVA generator set. This robust infrastructure seamlessly runs a massive 146,750 BTU/h climate control air conditioning system throughout the enclosed lower accommodations. Safe maritime operations are overseen by a premium navigation pack centered on a 16-inch multi-function display (MFD) connected to a 4 kW radar, an autopilot, a 1 kW sonar, and an NMEA2000 backbone, all complemented by a complete commercial safety suite including GMDSS, AIS-B+, a depth sounder, and mandatory signaling gear.
