The Hurricane 35 is a 35-meter patrol and intercept vessel designed by KND Naval Design. Constructed with an aluminum planing hull and superstructure, the vessel has a 7-meter beam and a 2.82-meter draft, with a maximum full load displacement of 242.98 tons. It is powered by a shaft and propeller system delivering 8,400 bhp, which enables a maximum speed of 27 knots and a cruising speed of 22 knots. At its cruising speed, the vessel has an operational range of 392 nautical miles.

The vessel is designed to accommodate a complement of 16 people. Its internal capacities include 20,000 liters of fuel, 8,000 liters of fresh water, and 2,240 liters of waste water. The onboard electrical system is supported by a 27 KVA genset and features a 230 VAC and 48 VDC power supply, with full air conditioning included. For navigation, the Hurricane 35 is equipped with a 16-inch multi-function display, VHF DSC, AIS-B, a 4 kW radar, autopilot, and a 1 kW sonar. Optional extras for the vessel include ballistic protection.
